This was released under the code C13 Bard which is depicted on the May 1986 Flyer as having an open mouth (foot version while being unable to view the mounted versions mouth).
The closed mouth variant has been seen on ebay in blister pack format (marked as C13 Bard on the packaging) and is the closed mouth variant with "Bard" stamped on the front of the tab. The reverse of the tab has no markings and looks to have been smeared over on the master prior to production. Similary the mounted bard from this blister pack included a closed mouth rider and the mount itself was missing any form of identification on the tabs.
