This was released under the code C13 Bard which is depicted in the May 1986 Flyer as having an open mouth (foot version while being unable to view the mounted versions mouth).
The closed mouth version (both on foot and mounted) are depicted in the Easter 1989 Sale Flyer under the name C13 Heroic Adventurers.
The closed mouth variant has been seen on ebay in blister pack format (marked as C13 Bard on the packaging) and is has "Bard" stamped on the front of the tab. The reverse of the tab has no markings and looks to have been smeared over on the master prior to production. Similary the mounted bard from this blister pack included a closed mouth rider and the mount itself was missing any form of identification on the tabs.
Other mounts from the AD&D range included a "©TSR 1985" stamp on at least one of the parts or tab.
ADD10 - Fighter in Platemail. The mount has the "©TSR 1985" stamp on the inside of both parts.
ADD21 - Mounted Barbarian. The mount has the "©TSR 1985" stamp on the inside of both parts.
ADD48 - Cavalier. The mount has the "©TSR 1985" stamp on the tab of the right side of the miniatures tab.
