ADD93 - Zombie, Shadow and Ghoul

These figures represent some of the lower level Undead monsters which haunt the upper levels of dungeons and ruined castles. Each blister pack contained 3 figures, a Ghoul, a Shadow & a Zombie. Ghoul II replaced Ghoul I in 1986. The only differences on the variant figures are found in head detail and facial features.

ADD93 - The Undead 1: Zombie, Shadow and Ghoul Blister Pack
ADD93 - Zombie
The Zombie figure represents an animated but decomposing corpse, staggering forwards with his left hand reaching outwards and a wooden club held in his right hand. He wears tattered clothing and has many wounds exposing flesh and bones beneath his skin.
ADD93 - Shadow
The Shadow figure is a non-corporael Undead creature which attacks living beings by draining their strength. This model is depicted wearing a tattered, hooded robe, with both arms raised above its head.
ADD93 - Ghoul First Release
Ghoul 1 was replaced by Ghoul 2 in 1986. This one has his left hand raised upwards with his right held by his waist.
ADD93 - Ghoul Second Release
Ghoul 2 replaced Ghoul 1 in 1986. This one has his right hand raised upwards with his left held by his chest.
Ghoul 2A. This variant has a bony ridge running along the centre of his skull, and holes in his flesh on the upper right part of his head, by his left eye, and 2 on his right lower jaw. He has a pointed right ear and a rounded left ear, and his mouth is partly open. His head looks upwards and slightly to the right.
Ghoul 2B. This variant has a wide bony ridge running along the centre of his skull, and holes in his flesh on the upper right and left parts of his head, under his left eye, and on his right cheekbone. He has short pointed ears, and his mouth is open with a sharp, protruding tongue. His head looks to his left.
Ghoul 2C. This Ghoul has a bony ridge running along the centre of his wide, squat skull, and holes in his flesh on the upper rear right and upper rear left parts of his head, and under his right eye. He has short pointed ears, and his closed mouth has protruding teeth. His head looks straight to his front.
Ghoul 2D. This variant has a bony ridge running along the centre of his narrow skull, and holes in his flesh on the upper rear right and upper left parts of his head, 2 on his right cheek, and by his left eye. He has short pointed ears, and his mouth is wide open as if he is howling. His head looks straight to his front.
Ghoul 2E. This Ghoul has a bony ridge running along the centre of his skull, and holes in his flesh on the upper rear right and upper left parts of his head, on his riht cheek and 3 on his left cheek. He has short pointed ears, and his mouth is wide open showing his upper fangs. His head looks slightly upwrds and to his right.
Ghoul 2F. This Ghoul has a narrow bony ridge running along the centre of his skull, and holes in his flesh on the upper rear right, upper rear left and front left parts of his head, 2 under his left eye, 1 on his right cheek and another on his left lower jawline. He has a pointed right ear and a rounded left ear, and his mouth is partly open revealing sharp upper fangs and a protruding pointed tongue. His head looks slightly upwards and to his front.
Ghoul 2G. This Ghoul has a bony ridge running along the centre of his skull, and holes in his flesh on the upper rear right and upper left parts of his head, under his right eye, and 2 on his left cheek. He has short pointed ears, and his open mouth reveals sharp upper fangs and a pointed protruding tongue. His head looks slightly to his right.
