The N13 Kobolds which are shown in Compendium Two and Compendium Three appear to be exactly the same as the kobolds previously released by Chronicle before it was bought by Citadel. While one of the Chronicle range, CM24A - Kobold with Two Handed Weapon, Type 3, was not shown in the Citadel Compendiums, it is highly likely it was available.
