The model was originally intended to be released back in the 90's by Armorcast but there was not enough time to get it finished and the were questions about manufacturing and selling a model this large. This was the original test shot constructed by Mike Biasi that was to be used in order to see if the model would be viable for release.
The Imperator stands an impressive 40 inches tall, is 24 inches wide and 19 inches in depth. It is constructed of heavy duty 5mm plastic with certain components precision tooled in resin. The Barrels of the Hellstorm Cannon actually rotate and the Defence Laser pivots in its mount.
